Neith the prehistoric mother creator deity witnessed the birth of the earth itself and remained the main deity of the first peoples and tribes who settled the ancient world.

Her followers settled lands around Libya and the Mediterranean coastline and migrated around the ancient world settling beside the Nile river at Sais in Egypt.

Her sacred scribes recorded the history of their ancient world and it was the sacred priests of  Sais who delivered the tale of Atlantis to Solon during his time studying in beside them in the temple of Neith in Sais Egypt.
