ATLANTIS SOLON AND PLATO FOR FROST FREE EBOOK JUNE 28TH 29TH

Discover the truth behind the Atlantis legend from its origins in ancient Libya and the land of the mother goddess deity known as Tannit an ancient Berber deity in Libya and   Neith in Egypt where the mother deity and her cult and followers spread settling lands in lower Egypt  beside the river Nile on the Western Delta .

Sais was the city associated with Neith and it became the deities main cult centre in ancient Egypt.

Her temple site promoted learning and a library archive was established with her sacred priests recording and retaining within the sacred temple archives the history of the ancient world and its powerful empires.

Solon was the first of many Greeks to visit Egypt he was on a quest to find an ideal blueprint for Athens and the Greek city states to follow.

A lawgiver Solon was always looking to improve and learn during his meeting the sacred priests of Sais he learned of the ancient history of the world ruled by the island empire of Atlantis.

An ideal state Atlantis was the blueprint that Solon had searched for and he recorded in a poem the tale of Atlantis in which he promoted an ideal state on his return to Athens.

Solon the lawgiver had influenced Athens by his dedication to the city state of Athens and its citizens creating economical and moral reforms that laid the foundations for social and political reforms in Athens that delivered democracy.

Solon’s poems were his way of delivering his messages on the ideal state and the blueprint was Atlantis the island empire the priests of Neith in Sais Egypt.

Plato was later to be handed the tale of Atlantis contained within the poem of Solon.

It was Plato who rediscovered the Atlantis legend from the poem passed down through the generations of his family members and Plato now in his own words penned his ideal state contained within his own works such as Timeaus and Critias.

Plato like Solon promoted the ideal state he was dedicated to his beliefs in a philosopher king having personally witnessed the moral decline in Athens of the political elites who after all the past political and economical reforms of Athens still retained control and power in the city state of Athens.

Plato looked towards reforming the thinking of the citizens of the city states of Greece and politics.

Driven by the teachings and influence of his mentor and friend Socrates, Plato was able in his own works to capture and promote Socrates ideas and thinking alongside his own.

Plato like Solon travelled to Egypt in pursuit of the ideal city state he later travelled to Italy and Sicily in search of an ideal city state not just the theory but the reality and in Syracuse on Sicily he promoted his pupil and follower Dionysuis II to the groundbreaking role of the philosopher king.

Dionysuis II  known also as the younger ruled Syracuse from 367 B.C. to 357 B.C. and later from 346 B.C. until 344 B.C. when he was defeated and surrendered himself to Timoleon the Corinthian general and statesman known also as the tyrant killer.

Plato had influenced politics and history in his works and during his lifetime dedicated to learning and the pursuit of knowledge and by promoting philosophy he influenced others such as Aristotle who was among his many famous followers.

Atlantis the legend and ideal state was the blueprint that inspired Plato and within his works Plato influenced generations of scholars to follow him in time with historians and archaeologists also discovering in Plato’s works the island empire of Atlantis.

K T Frost was among those scholars who associated the island empire of Atlantis with the Minoan world and island empire.

Crete was the centre of this island empire and the excavations on the varied sites of Knossos Malia Phaistos and other sites had illuminated and inspired archaeology and scholars around the world revealing a lost culture and world.

K T Frost in his article THE LOST CONTINENT printed in the London Times on the 19th of February 1909, put forward his theory that in the Minoans we had rediscovered the lost world and seafaring empire of Atlantis.
