Hi, thanks for calling by and checking the blog out.I have been writing for about fourteen years now.    My interest was sparked by taking a short course in Italian and discovering the love for written word. Something I always had but kept buried since my school days!     My interest was sparked by my taking a short course in Italian and discovering the love for written word. Something I always had but kept buried since my school days!   Having been a visitor to Italy I decided to learn un po Italian.

           Meeting people at college from Serbia, South Africa, France,South America and Lancashire.

It was an eye opener learning again but very rewarding and it allowed me to think about life other than my everyday job. Taking a  course on Ancient Archaeology the following year allowed me to submit detailed essays on a subject that to me was a hobby.                              Making   a  career change starting  a website that allowed me to produce and submit content and articles on ancient history and writing in general.                                                          Having  such a platform builds your confidence as a writer and provides you with focus and direction as you continue to research and produce articles.   Through the website my articles began to appear on other sites, this encouraged me to look at producing short stories in E-book formats.  Self-publishing in partnership with Amazon, Amazon Kindle, Createspace, and Feedaread.   Heaven Earth and Time was my first Factual written book and it covers ancient cultures, deities and the impact of  mother nature on the ancient world that shapes our world and continues to impact on our world today.  My first Novel due to be released summer 2016 – “SICANIA RISING,” is an epic bronze age  tale of the siege of Camicus on Sicania –  [SICILY] by the Phaecians  – [CRETAN EMPIRE] and the battle for the  sea trade routes that connected the ancient world’s lucrative markets.
